Kataro!! Inc. (in preparation for establishment) (hereinafter "the Company") deeply recognizes that the personal information of customers obtained in the course of providing AI-related services and data solution business (hereinafter "the Service") constitutes important information forming privacy. When handling customers' personal information, the Company will comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines of the relevant supervisory authorities, and other related laws and regulations. The Company establishes a Privacy Policy and internal regulations, builds a system for personal information protection, ensures all employees recognize the importance of personal information protection and thoroughly implement such efforts, thereby respecting customers' privacy and meeting their expectations and trust.

1. Acquisition, Use, and Provision of Personal Information

The Company specifies the purpose of use of personal information within the scope of its business activities, and acquires, uses, and provides personal information fairly and appropriately to the extent necessary to achieve such purposes. When using personal information beyond the predetermined scope of use, the Company shall do so within the scope of laws and regulations, and take measures required by law such as notification or public announcement.

2. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

The Company shall comply with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information, guidelines of relevant supervisory authorities, other related laws and regulations, and social norms, and strive for appropriate protection of personal information.

3. Safety Management Measures for Personal Information

The Company shall implement organizational, physical, personnel, and technical measures to prevent unauthorized access, loss, destruction, alteration, and leakage of personal information entrusted by customers. In the event of a personal information leakage incident, the Company shall promptly take necessary measures in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related guidelines.

4. Response to Inquiries

The Company accepts complaints and consultations from customers regarding the handling of personal information and responds appropriately and promptly.

The Company also responds promptly and appropriately to customers' requests for disclosure, correction, addition, deletion, or suspension of use of their personal information in accordance with applicable laws.

5. Continuous Improvement

The Company establishes internal regulations on personal information protection, operates a personal information protection management system, and conducts regular reviews to maintain an appropriate management system, striving for continuous improvement.
